• As a rule of thumb, jackets with 100-200g of insulation are ideal for colder conditions and 50g-100g of insulation is a good choice for Spring or Autumn, or as a technical mid-layer
• Good to note - synthetic insulation is measured in grams per square metre, not to be confused with the weight of the whole jacket
