We have a 'pick up instore' option available for those that would like to pick up their purchase from our Avalon store. Please select this in shipping options to avoid postage costs.

Please note - due to Covid 19 we have temporarily had to close our doors. Please email to organise a pick up time with us.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Currently we are offering a local delivery option, where we can deliver your purchase to your front door. Please only select this option if you live locally between Palm Beach and Freshwater (Sydneys Northern Beaches). If in doubt please send us an email deesseinavalon@hotmail.com. Deliveries will take place every 1-3 days (if needed earlier please email and we can always try to prioritise).

POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free regular delivery within Australia for all orders over $50. We use Australia Post and will dispatch item within 24hours of purchase. Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped same day.

Orders under $50 will incur a $8 regular delivery charge.

Express delivery within Australia will incur a $12 shipping cost.

International:

We use either Australian International Registered Post or Pack and Track International for all international orders :

New Zealand - $20
United States, Canada, Thailand, UAE - $25
Rest of World - $30

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY 


We will provide a credit, exchange or refund for full priced items purchased online providing always that:
- The goods are in a saleable condition with original tags attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The goods are returned within 14 days from purchase date

We do not refund shipping costs for returning goods

Underwear, earrings and *finalsale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
* final sale - Items more then 30% off

Swimwear must be tried wearing undergarments. If returned, hygiene strip must  in place.

PRE ORDERS

Upon placing your pre order, you will be required to pay the total amount due, including postage fees. We cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival, we can only give you an estimate.
